Questions about this service
Does every residence card allow JDG?
No. Citizenship and the legal basis of the permit matter, rather than possession of the card alone. We check the appropriate route before preparing an application.
What does PLN 442.80 include?
An eligibility check, a standard CEIDG application and PKD codes, signing support, entry verification and a next-step checklist. Bookkeeping and additional tax registrations are excluded.
Can I register online?
The electronic route requires suitable identification and signing. From 1 November 2026, initial CEIDG registrations for adults move to electronic submission, subject to statutory exceptions.
Do I need an accountant afterwards?
Record-keeping, tax, ZUS, VAT and KSeF duties depend on your activity and circumstances. We identify points to check with an accountant; ongoing bookkeeping is a separate service.
