We discuss the shareholders, check whether the standard S24 articles fit and help you complete the company registration process.
When to contact us
- You are forming a company alone or with partners
- You are considering a company instead of JDG after checking available forms
- You want a clear service scope and separate costs
How Pobyto can help
Prepare details, PKD codes and S24 documents
Support signing and KRS registration
Prepare CRBR information and a next-step checklist
What we discuss before starting
Your name, phone and email are enough to send an enquiry. We request further information and documents after agreeing the task.
- Shareholder details, share allocation and management board
- Company name, activity, address and share capital
- Ability of the appropriate people to sign documents
What to keep in mind
Minimum share capital is PLN 5,000: company funds, not a Pobyto fee. Registration does not automatically grant residence or work rights and does not guarantee a bank account.

Questions about this service
What costs are separate?
The S24 court fee is PLN 250, with applicable PCC and signature, translation or notary costs charged separately. The PLN 100 MSiG publication fee was abolished for applications from 29 November 2025. Capital is separate.
What does standard registration include?
S24 suitability checks, standard documents and PKD codes, signing and registration support, and CRBR preparation. NIP-8, PCC-3, VAT and ongoing bookkeeping are agreed separately.
Can the standard articles be changed?
S24 offers options within its template. Special shareholder rights and other tailored provisions need legal assessment and may require notarised articles.
Does a company mean no ZUS contributions?
No. Duties depend on the number of shareholders, roles and payment arrangements. In particular, a sole shareholder may have contribution obligations. Check the calculation with an accountant.
