Does my employer need to take part?
Work-based procedures generally require information and documents from the employer. We explain what to request and which discrepancies to resolve before applying.
How does applying through MOS work?
Standard temporary, permanent and EU long-term residence applications are submitted electronically through MOS. Exceptions include some family procedures from abroad. A specialist will clarify your route; applicants log in and sign personally.
Can you predict the timing and outcome?
Pobyto can agree deadlines for its own work, but cannot guarantee the date or outcome of an authority’s decision. Processing depends on the case and the public authority.
